This is a famous and well built marine/industrial engine that will make 20kw. It's new, has electric start, spares and tools provided. as seen on the front of the engine are two filters, one for lube, one for fuel. This engine uses a full pressure system to the lower end. Perfect for that Antique wooden boat of the right dimensions, and the melody of the exhaust note, and slow speed torque will be lovely! Great manual in English. Lots of these engines power fishing boats and are used in industrial apps all over China. This is an old German Design, and unlike India, the tooling and equipment used to machine this engine are massive and of high quality.
