I bought a 16-2 about 3 or 4 years ago
along with a 20k gen and oil press and another diesel to run that . I would
like to sell them all together or separate. I had a cat. certified mechanic
go threw the lister , tear it down and put it back like all the books said
to do and we test ran it and that’s all we have done with it . if you know

Interesting find? 76mm Cylinder Liner, Piston, Rings Kit. The Indian Mini Peters sold out of Portland, OR had mixed reviews, but I have reports for two different sites where they are used for irrigation, and they have been doing a lot of work with few problems. As you may know, this engine got a bad rep for it's governor failing to keep the engine out of overspeed conditions, I am not sure India has fixed that even today, but I don't claim to know. Whatever the case, when put together right, these engines can run a lot time, one in Easton has been running for three or more irrigation seasons, and running 12 or more hours a day a good portion of the summer. This is a very clever valve and it is normally VERY expensive. I have a few at $75 each, new unused, fit to the lower coolant connection and let the valve dump all your coolant automatically IF it gets close to freezing!
